  • Yes! Currently we are in-network with the following providers:

    -Aetna of Michigan PPO

    -Aetna of Illinois PPO

    -Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plans (This includes Anthem BCBS)

    -Blue Care Network

    We are out-of-network with other insurance providers. This means that we can provide a superbill to our clients that they can submit for reimbursement in accordance with their insurance plan if applicable.

    We encourage all clients to know their benefits before starting services. Usually this means calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card and inquiring about outpatient mental health coverage. Mentioning the following billing codes could also be helpful: 90791 for intake, 90837 for 60 minute sessions and 90847 for couples sessions.

  • Typically sessions are 50-55 minutes long. The length of your treatment is dependent upon the goals of treatment, the nature of your concerns, and will continue as long as you and your therapist agree is necessary. This is continuously re-evaluted throughout treatment.

  • Initial 15 minute consultation: Free! Potential new clients are encouraged to schedule a consultation phone call to gauge if this is the right fit for them.

    Initial individual session: $175.00

    Individual 50-55 minute session: $150.00

    Initial couples session: $175.00

    Couples 50-55 minute session: $175.00

  • To get started or inquire more, please feel free to utilize the contact form on this website or call 248. 206. 0658. You should receive a response in a timely manner. We ask all our clients to have our new client intake paperwork completed before the initial appointment which can be found in our client portal. If the intake paperwork is not completed, that may delay your appointment. Please reach out with any questions!

  • Currently, we offer telehealth services though our HIPAA compliant platform. We can serve all areas of Michigan and Illinois.

    We also have in-person availability for local Chicago clients on certain days of the week. Please reach out for more details.

  • Our client portal is an easy to use, accessible and secure online system that allows our clients to sign their intake and consent forms, pay bills, or update payment information. The link to the client portal is at the header and footer of our webiste.

  • We understand that you're human, and life happens! We do not charge a fee for sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice. However, if there is no 24 hours’ notice there will be a late cancellation charge of $130.

    No shows are charge at $130 as well. A no show is if a client does not arrive within 15 minutes to session.
